1. Participate in creative and technical briefings with design and technical teams, including graphic designers, UX/UI designers, and product owners.
2. Monitor the design, development, and scheduling of ongoing digital projects.
3. Support the coordination of various stakeholders involved in projects.
4. Conduct functional and design testing of digital platforms such as Chanel.com, Fashion APP, Boutique APP, and Haute Couture APP.
5. Assist in the deployment and updates of digital platforms.
6. Support the implementation and monitoring of KPIs.
7. Contribute to ongoing UX/IX optimization projects for digital platforms.
8. Participate in the creation of functional wireframes.
9. Conduct UX and functional research and analysis.
10. Engage in discussions on digital communication strategies.

1. Proven interest in digital content management and project coordination.
2. Recognized for attention to detail, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and autonomy.
3. Proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in digital tools and content management systems (CMS).
2. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/Figma is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Previous experience in digital content management and project coordination is preferred.
