1. Assist Senior eRetail Project Managers in orchestrating digital campaigns across Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare sectors.
2. Support the deployment of specific digital tools and projects, such as Services and Gift Finder.
3. Act as the primary liaison with the IT department to address and resolve market requests related to DAM/PIM.
4. Conduct competitive analysis and visibility reporting post-campaign to ensure proper product sheet implementation.
5. Stay informed on brand and retail updates to provide valuable insights to the team.
6. Provide visual and textual elements to markets to ensure optimal online presence using digital tools like DAM/PIM.
7. Ensure the update and communication of visual rights to markets.
8. Manage ad-hoc market requests concerning campaigns with the Artistic Direction.

1. Higher education degree from a business school or university.
2. Initial experience in digital project management.

1. Dynamic, curious, and autonomous with strong organizational skills.
2. Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
3. Proficient in project management and prioritization.
4. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and facilitate information exchange.
5. Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
7. Sensitivity to luxury and cosmetics markets with a passion for the digital realm.

A foundational experience in digital project management is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
