Chanel Digital Project Assistant — Mobile App Functional Tester (Apprenticeship)

1. Support the Digital Project Manager in planning and delivery of mobile application projects across iOS and Android.
2. Design, document and execute functional and regression test cases for mobile features and releases.
3. Identify, reproduce and report defects with clear reproduction steps and impact assessment; follow issues through triage to resolution.
4. Coordinate testing cycles with product owners, designers and engineering teams; participate in sprint ceremonies and release readiness reviews.
5. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, test documentation and acceptance criteria; assist with user-acceptance testing when required.

1. Current enrolment in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Digital Project Management, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship eligible).
2. Demonstrable interest in mobile products and quality assurance; coursework or prior internship experience in testing or digital projects is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation.
4. Effective communicator in a cross-functional, bilingual environment and able to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
