1. Contribute to various e-service projects such as store locator, online appointment booking, and Click & Collect.
2. Participate in brainstorming sessions, formalize project requirements, and monitor development progress.
3. Implement e-service campaigns across more than 25 markets.
4. Generate performance reports for digital tools, analyze data, and present insights to teams.
5. Attend meetings with digital partners from regions including the USA, Japan, UK, and China, and prepare meeting minutes.
6. Create benchmarks for competitors' digital and omnichannel services.

1. Currently enrolled in a Business School or University with a focus on Digital Studies, ideally in the final year of study.

1. Strong interest in digital project management and online user journeys.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
4. Strong analytical abilities.
5. Fluency in English with the ability to thrive in an international environment.

No prior professional experience is required, but a keen interest in luxury, digital experiences, and technology is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business or Digital Studies.
