- Coordinate digital media campaigns across approximately thirty markets, ensuring timely delivery of assets and campaign launches.
- Serve as the primary liaison for digital campaign coordination, maintaining precise tracking of global media activities.
- Facilitate communication between markets and the Image Direction to ensure smooth execution of media campaigns, including asset ordering, development, and delivery.
- Participate in the creation of media guidelines and develop order templates for markets.
- Collaborate with the Image Direction and digital production agency to initiate asset production.
- Monitor production schedules to ensure timely campaign launches.
- Verify asset previews for compliance before online deployment.
- Propose new advertising formats and media innovations within the industry.
- Suggest process optimizations for campaign implementation to enhance efficiency.
- Draft detailed online reports for each campaign and conduct benchmarks of activations in the watch and jewelry sector.
- Currently enrolled in the final year of a business school, university, or communication/advertising/marketing school.
- Demonstrated commitment, rigor, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and autonomy in work.
- Strong interest in the luxury sector (watchmaking, jewelry, fashion).
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English (spoken, read, and written).
- Good knowledge of digital advertising formats and consumer behavior in digital media.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams is highly appreciated.
No specific experience required, but familiarity with digital media and luxury sectors is advantageous.
Final year student in business, communication, advertising, or marketing.
