Chanel Digital Marketing Project Manager

- Oversee the execution of digital campaigns for Fragrances & Beauty in collaboration with headquarters teams and regional offices on Chanel's e-commerce platforms.
- Develop digital briefs for future international campaigns, focusing on insights and performance indicators through image, business, and UX/UI analysis.
- Construct customer journeys aligned with marketing objectives and strategy, and coordinate onsite orchestrations and content creation.
- Innovate digital experiences and integrate them with the omnichannel customer experience strategy.
- Conduct international monitoring of digital communication operations and technological innovations to inform future briefs.
- Ensure the timely reception and verification of e-merchandising calendars, coordinating with webmasters for online deployment.
- Maintain operational excellence in daily campaign management, including asset reception, URL sharing, and digital contact coordination.
- Participate in campaign performance analysis with the Analytics team and manage the removal of campaign visuals upon rights expiration.
- Advanced degree from a business school or university.
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing or communication.
- Strong sensitivity to luxury and the cosmetics market.
- Passion and curiosity for the digital landscape.
- Dynamic, proactive, and creative with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
A minimum of 2 years in digital marketing or communication, preferably within the luxury or cosmetics sector.
Advanced degree from a business school or university.
