- Develop and execute comprehensive direct mail plans, including campaign launches and loyalty initiatives.
- Optimize sampling strategies to align with business goals and ensure inventory readiness.
- Participate in monthly forecast meetings with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution.
- Oversee forecasting processes to ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.
- Manage inventory files and coordinate direct mail delivery schedules.
- Audit product setups for accurate SKU representation and inventory availability.
- Drive creative production for mailer collateral by coordinating with partners.
- Analyze direct mail and sampling performance to optimize future efforts.
- Serve as the key liaison for email marketing campaigns, ensuring timely asset delivery and campaign launches.
- Conduct QA checks across devices to ensure accurate rendering and functionality.
- Track project roadmaps and manage timelines and follow-ups.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, operations, or project management.
- Experience in retail or luxury goods is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Proficiency in CRM and data platform tools; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Operations, or Project Management, ideally within the Retail or Luxury Goods sectors.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $58,200 through $90,000. Additional forms of variable pay may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
