Chanel Digital Marketing Campaign Manager

- Develop and implement the communication plan for Chanel's digital platforms, including chanel.com, e-boutiques, and marketplaces.
- Define and oversee the execution of digital strategies for campaigns, product launches, and editorial content.
- Collaborate closely with e-commerce, media, social, CRM, PR, International Marketing, Artistic Direction, and regional counterparts.
- Manage a team of five project managers.
- Identify new opportunities for digital engagement, content creation, and communication mechanics to enhance brand vitality and visibility.
- Supervise the development of communication strategies for each Parfums Beauté campaign, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand values.
- Support project managers in identifying key insights, customer journey proposals, and innovative onsite experiences.
- Ensure effective coordination and timely execution of projects, balancing effort and investment according to desired impact.
- Participate in the development of KEM campaign briefs and identify digital trends and new communication models.
- Engage with the global community of digital experts and support team development.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (BAC+4/5) in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital project development and communication strategy.
- Strong passion for digital trends and luxury cosmetics.
- Excellent organizational, relational, and adaptive skills.
- Dynamic, creative, structured, and strategic mindset with a collaborative spirit.
