- Coordinate the production of digital content, ensuring alignment with local market needs and global brand standards.
- Analyze digital content requirements from local markets and communicate briefs to creative resources.
- Manage project timelines, workload planning, and delivery schedules to local markets.
- Participate in functional testing and quality assurance of deliverables.
- Monitor and update e-merchandising plans and product assortments on chanel.com.
- Support marketing animation plans on e-retail sites, ensuring adherence to Chanel's graphic standards.
- Consolidate monthly animation plans and monitor Chanel brand spaces on e-retail platforms.
- Assist in the implementation and management of omnichannel services and CRM initiatives.
- Gather and assess CRM briefs from local markets, ensuring alignment with regional marketing calendars.
- Coordinate the production of localized HTML content and collaborate with routing agencies for targeting briefs.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Previous experience of 6 months in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and communication.
- Interest in luxury and creative industries.
- Autonomous, curious, and meticulous with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and analytical abilities.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Figma is advantageous.
A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience is required.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program.
