1. Create, select, and enrich content for digital platforms.
2. Facilitate in-store activities and inspire Beauty Advisors.
3. Drive key training initiatives through online programs.
4. Contribute to a culture focused on Beauty Advisor engagement.
5. Facilitate product training, including new launches.
6. Create and co-create new content related to training needs.

1. Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language.

1. Learning experience skills.
2. Developing digital learning assets.
3. Expertise in the digital environment.
4. Mastery of digital tools, including photo and video editing.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Forms.
6. Excellent and agile communication skills.
7. Positive, can-do attitude.

Experience in digital learning and engagement, with a focus on training and content creation.
