As a member of the IT Parfums Beauté department, employees contribute to the development and management of the Chanel.com experience, collaborating with E-Business, CRM, and regional teams.

1. Facilitate workshops for business requirement gathering and solution design.
2. Draft user stories and manage the backlog with stakeholders.
3. Conduct testing phases, including test case creation, execution, and production deployment.
4. Prepare project governance materials, including updates on schedules and progress statuses.
5. Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance processes and methods.
6. Engage in communication and celebration activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
2. Previous experience in digital projects.

1. Knowledge of web and mobile technologies and architecture.
2. Proficiency in project management and Agile methodologies.
3. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Agile and Analytics tools (Jira, Confluence, Power BI).
4. Strong analytical, formalization, and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in English.

A minimum of one year of experience in digital project management is required.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
