Chanel Digital In-Store Experience Project Assistant

- Assist the Digital In-Store Experience Project Manager in deploying digital experiences and services globally, including Chanel Try On and Chanel Vitality Scanner.
- Contribute to testing phases by executing test cases, verifying design and technical aspects, and reporting bugs.
- Develop user guides for digital experiences.
- Ensure successful worldwide deployment by communicating effectively with regional teams.
- Manage and track the monthly performance of digital in-store experiences through analysis and reporting of regional dashboards.
- Create qualitative questionnaires for regional feedback and provide strategic recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct competitive analysis and participate in brainstorming sessions for client experience scenarios using new technologies.
- Organize regular field visits and compile reports to update teams on retail trends and innovations across various sectors.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Previous experience in project management is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
Ideal candidates will have some experience in project management, particularly within the luxury or beauty sectors.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
