- Assist in the development and testing of in-store digital experiences, including test case creation, design and technical verification, and bug reporting.
- Create user guides to facilitate the deployment of digital experiences worldwide.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital in-store experiences through monthly dashboard reporting and qualitative feedback consolidation.
- Conduct competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations for customer experience enhancements.
- Participate in the development of customer experience scenarios leveraging new technologies through global competitive analysis and monthly newsletters.
- Organize regular field visits and compile reports to update teams on retail trends across various sectors.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- Previous experience in project management is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
Ideally, candidates will have prior experience in project management within the luxury or beauty sectors.
