1. Assist in the configuration, parameterization, and administration of HR tools such as portals and HRIS.
2. Design and evolve automated workflows using tools like Power Automate.
3. Implement scripts or automations to enhance HR process efficiency, including controls and flow tracking.
4. Develop and enrich dashboards and KPIs using data manipulation tools like Power BI, Excel Power Query, and SQL.
5. Participate in functional and technical testing, analyze test results, and propose corrective solutions.
6. Monitor the execution of automated processes.
7. Contribute to technical documentation and continuous improvement of tools.
8. Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to track updates, fixes, and incidents at level 2 support.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or HR with a strong technical focus.
2. Initial experience in process automation or digital HR tools, HRIS.

1. Proficiency or willingness to develop skills in Power BI, Power Automate, Excel VBA, SQL, JavaScript, or other automation tools.
2. Autonomy, rigor, analytical mindset, and ability to work transversally with business and IT stakeholders.
3. Good understanding and writing skills in English.

Initial experience in process automation or digital HR tools is required.

Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or HR with a technical focus.
