1. Assist in the design and implementation of digital projects within the HR department.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and formalize requirements.
3. Contribute to the creation of technical and user documentation.
4. Participate in technical-functional workshops and testing phases.
5. Support the Project Manager in training, communication, and user support to ensure adoption of new tools and processes.
6. Monitor project progress and provide support to business teams.
7. Assist the project team with updates to the HR portal.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science, ideally with a focus on Human Resources or a related field.

1. Strong interest in digital transformation and new technologies in HR.
2. Proficiency in Power BI.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
4. Analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Autonomy and initiative.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
7. Attention to detail and quality.
8. Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

No specific professional experience required, but relevant academic projects or internships in digital transformation or HR technology are advantageous.

Master's degree in progress in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
