3. Develop, define requirements for, and optimize digital tools.
4. Plan and execute marketing communications through owned media, maximizing impact on platforms like LINE and X.
5. Manage and operate official websites, apps, and new digital services.
6. Participate in the development of digital platforms for customer engagement initiatives and events.
7. Create and oversee communication texts.
8. Define, verify, manage, and support project requirements for apps, LINE mini-apps, reservation systems, etc.
9. Stay informed about the latest industry practices and propose next-generation tools and communication strategies.
10. Analyze and report on digital communication tools.

1. Experience in social media and communication roles.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
3. Proficiency in business English (TOEIC score of 800 or above).

1. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Experience in digital, CRM, and marketing is advantageous.

Relevant experience in social media, communication, digital, CRM, or marketing roles is preferred.
