Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social communication strategies on platforms such as LINE and X.
- Propose optimal communication plans.
- Develop, define requirements, evaluate, and optimize digital tools.
- Plan and maximize marketing communications on owned media.
- Manage and operate official websites, apps, and new digital services.
- Participate in the development of digital platforms for customer initiatives and events.
- Create and oversee communication texts.
- Define, verify, manage, and support project requirements for apps, LINE mini-apps, and reservation systems.
- Stay informed on the latest trends and propose next-generation tools and communication methods.
- Analyze and report on digital communication and tools.
Qualifications
- Interest in actively challenging new platforms and communication methods.
- Experience in social and communication roles is preferred.
- Ability to maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills
- Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800 or above).
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience Requirements
Experience in digital, CRM, or marketing roles is preferred.
