- Assist in the development of the e-Wholesale network and implement 360° digital activations for 25 Export markets and Travel Retail.
- Present and provide digital content for campaigns to markets and Travel Retail teams.
- Participate in the creation of e-Wholesale briefs, including online animations, CRM, social media, and SEA.
- Oversee the validation and deployment of digital assets, ensuring translation, production, and previews are completed.
- Monitor Marketing and CRM performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations.
- Support the operational opening of Chanel e-Wholesale corners, ensuring compliance with brand standards and continuous CRO support.
- Analyze e-Wholesale performance based on business priorities such as sell-out, product mix, and traffic.
- Act as the daily operational digital contact for Export markets and Travel Retail teams.
- Prepare meeting materials and minutes for long-term transformation project committees.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business School, IEP, or University with a specialization in marketing/digital.
- Previous experience in marketing, e-commerce, or project coordination, preferably in luxury beauty, is required.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and initiative-taking abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with digital/CRM KPIs and terminology.
- Experience with analytical or visualization tools like PowerBI or GA4 is a plus.
A first experience in marketing, e-commerce, or project coordination is required, ideally within the luxury beauty sector or an international setting.
Master's degree in progress in Business, IEP, or University with a focus on marketing/digital.
