- Develop and implement 360° digital activations for 25 Export markets and Travel Retail.
- Assist in the creation of e-Wholesale briefs, including online animations, CRM, social media, and SEA.
- Oversee the validation and deployment of digital assets, ensuring translation, production, and previews are completed.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and CRM performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Support the operational opening of Chanel e-Wholesale corners, ensuring eMerchandising compliance.
- Conduct performance analyses of e-Wholesale operations based on business priorities.
- Serve as the daily operational digital contact for Export markets and Travel Retail teams.
- Prepare meeting materials and reports for long-term transformation project committees.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business school, IEP, or university with a specialization in marketing/digital.
- Previous experience in marketing, e-commerce, or project coordination, preferably in luxury beauty or an international environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and initiative-taking abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with digital/CRM KPIs and terminology.
- Knowledge of additional analytical tools such as PowerBI or GA4 is advantageous.
A minimum of one prior experience in marketing, e-commerce, or project coordination is required, with a preference for experience in luxury beauty or an international setting.
Master's degree in progress in a relevant field.
