- Support the Digital Project Manager in executing E-Retail and CRM projects across over 30 local export markets and Travel Retail.
- Assist in the launch of new e-Retail corners and authorized Social Media accounts, ensuring compliance with Chanel's standards.
- Deploy and manage the e-Merchandising calendar, coordinating asset briefs and distribution to local teams.
- Implement and evaluate Trade Web and Trade Social animation calendars, collecting communication and commercial KPIs.
- Conduct competitive analysis on e-Retail and Trade Social best practices, including products, content, and services.
- Gather monthly sell-out data from open e-retailers.
- Implement Trade CRM animation calendars with retailers, collecting results and insights.
- Monitor competitor Trade CRM best practices, including emailing, sampling, SMS, and apps.
- Support strategic CRM project deployment within the perfume-beauty boutique network, focusing on client data and customer journey innovation.
- Contribute to the preparation and dissemination of digital launch materials for 360° campaigns.
- Assist in developing and updating digital performance tracking tools in collaboration with business and communication teams.
- Participate in preparing digital and CRM activity reports and meetings.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree from a Grande Ecole or University, with a focus on commerce or a related field.
- Previous experience in Digital or CRM, with a strong interest in luxury and/or cosmetics.
- Strong commercial acumen with knowledge of Digital and CRM KPIs and strategies.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation.
- Proactive, organized, and autonomous, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
A first experience in Digital and/or CRM is required, ideally within the luxury or cosmetics sector.
Pursuing a Master's degree (BAC +4/5) from a Grande Ecole or University.
