- Facilitate the transmission, online publication, and monitoring of new product launches with e-retailers according to the campaign plan.
- Coordinate online animations with e-retailers and ensure adherence to Chanel's graphic charter on e-retail sites.
- Implement brand space optimizations with e-retailers.
- Monitor e-merchandising campaign plans for Parfums & Beauté and update product assortments on chanel.ch.
- Oversee the opening and closing of sales points for the Store Locator.
- Coordinate and update the CRM calendar, create CRM briefs based on the marketing calendar and local events, and liaise with the routing agency for targeting briefs.
- Support the implementation of omnichannel services and digital tool optimizations.
- Prepare internal newsletters on media activities of the Maison.
- Contribute to a specific year-end project for internships from July to December.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program such as HES/HEC (Master's level).
- Demonstrated curiosity for the luxury and beauty sectors, with knowledge of key beauty players in Switzerland.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with various stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive nature.
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in IT tools.
No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in marketing and digital engagement within the luxury beauty sector is essential.
Currently pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
