Chanel Digital and Client Engagement Director

- Adapt and implement the company's digital strategy to align with local business needs and provide valuable market insights.
- Lead and inspire the Digital and Client Engagement team to achieve optimal performance and growth.
- Coordinate interactions with key stakeholders across Europe and local markets, including Germany, Austria, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
- Optimize the omnichannel client experience across Fashion, Fragrance & Beauty, and Watches & Fine Jewelry.
- Guide the implementation of clienteling tools at the point of sale, offering customized training and in-depth client insights.
- Analyze data strategically to enhance business performance and drive growth.
- Enhance brand image across all campaigns on Chanel.com and maximize e-business results.
- Evaluate brand visibility with e-retail partners, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
- Drive digital projects and contribute to a visionary roadmap by identifying emerging trends.
- Successfully completed university degree in business economics.
- Extensive experience in a digital environment with a strong focus on data analytics.
- Proven leadership experience in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated success in project management.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is advantageous.
- Proficiency in digital tools and data management platforms such as MS Office, especially Excel, Salesforce, Adobe, Google Analytics, and Power BI.
- Ability to inspire and engage colleagues from diverse expertise and backgrounds.
- Passion for data-driven analysis and strategic planning with a hands-on approach to operational support.
Intensive work expertise in a digital environment with a strong focus on data analytics and leadership experience in a dynamic setting.
University degree in business economics.
