1. Lead and manage sales operations to achieve ambitious performance goals.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and communicating the history and inspiration of Chanel Watches and Fine Jewellery.
3. Deliver an exceptional and personalized customer experience that exceeds expectations.
4. Develop and implement customer strategies and event plans to enhance performance.

6. Ensure operational excellence at the point of sale and in back-office processes.

8. Travel within Switzerland and internationally as required.

1. Fluency in German and English.
2. Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in luxury retail.
3. Proven leadership and coaching abilities.
4. Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
5. Strong brand ambassador skills.
