1. Inspire and manage the boutique team to achieve brand mission and ensure effective daily operations.
2. Act as a liaison between the Head of Boutique and the boutique team, executing 'The Chanel Difference' on the boutique floor.
3. Lead the team to engage consumers, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high image standards.
4. Uphold the brand image through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, and grooming standards.
5. Manage merchandise and inventory effectively to ensure smooth operations.
6. Form partnerships with divisions such as Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, IT, Finance, and HR to drive business objectives.

1. Minimum of 10 years' experience with at least 2 years in management overseeing a team of 5 or more.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; Mandarin is a plus.
3. Background in fashion, retail, or luxury industries is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in shop operations, including stock organization and cash/credit handling.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

A minimum of 10 years' experience in the luxury retail sector, with at least 2 years in a management role overseeing a team of 5 or more.

At least a Secondary School certificate; a university degree is a plus.
