1. Inspire and manage the boutique team to achieve brand mission and ensure effective daily operations.
2. Serve as a liaison between the Head of Boutique and the boutique team, ensuring the execution of 'The Chanel Difference'.
3. Lead the team to engage consumers, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining high image standards.
4. Support employee development and growth within the boutique.
5. Uphold the brand image through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, and grooming standards.
6. Build a client-centric environment and manage merchandise and inventory effectively.
7. Form partnerships with various divisions, including Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, IT, Finance, and HR to drive business objectives.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 2 years in management overseeing a team of 5 or more.
2. Fluency in English and the local language, with Mandarin as a plus.
3. Background in fashion, retail, or luxury industries is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in shop operations, including stock organization and cash/credit handling.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the luxury retail sector, including 2 years in a managerial role overseeing a team of at least 5 members.

Secondary School certificate required; a university degree is a plus.
