1. Inspire and manage the boutique team to achieve the brand’s mission and ensure effective day-to-day operations.
2. Serve as a liaison between the Head of Boutique and the boutique team, ensuring the execution of 'The Chanel Difference' on the boutique floor.
3. Lead the team to engage consumers, ensuring unsurpassed service and maintaining high image standards.
4. Support employee development and growth within the team.
5. Uphold the brand image through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, and grooming standards.
6. Build a client-centric environment by managing and inspiring the boutique team.
7. Effectively manage merchandise and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
8. Form partnerships with various divisions, including Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, IT, Finance, and HR, to drive and achieve business objectives.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a management role overseeing a team of 5 or more members.
2. Fluency in English and the local language, with Mandarin as an advantage.
3. Background in fashion, retail, or luxury industries is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in shop operations, including stock organization and cash/credit handling.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Minimum of 10 years of experience, including 2 years in a management role overseeing a team of at least 5 members.

At least a Secondary School certificate; a university degree is a plus.
