Chanel Deputy Head of Boutique

- Inspire and manage the boutique team to achieve the brand’s mission and ensure effective day-to-day operations.
- Serve as a liaison between the Head of Boutique and the boutique team, ensuring the execution of 'The Chanel Difference' on the boutique floor.
- Lead the team to engage consumers, ensuring unsurpassed service and maintaining high image standards.
- Support employee development and growth within the team.
- Uphold the brand image through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, and grooming standards.
- Build a client-centric environment by managing and inspiring the boutique team.
- Effectively manage merchandise and inventory to ensure smooth operations.
- Form partnerships with various divisions, including Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, IT, Finance, and HR, to drive and achieve business objectives.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a management role overseeing a team of 5 or more members.
- Fluency in English and the local language, with Mandarin as an advantage.
- Background in fashion, retail, or luxury industries is advantageous.
- Proficiency in shop operations, including stock organization and cash/credit handling.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Minimum of 10 years of experience, including 2 years in a management role overseeing a team of at least 5 members.
At least a Secondary School certificate; a university degree is a plus.
