1. Inspire and manage the boutique team to achieve brand objectives and maintain high image standards.
2. Ensure effective day-to-day operations and uphold 'The Chanel Difference' on the boutique floor.
3. Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a client-centric environment.
4. Manage merchandise and inventory effectively to support business objectives.
5. Form close partnerships with divisions such as Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewellery, IT, Finance, and HR.
6. Uphold the brand image through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, and grooming standards.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 2 years in a management role overseeing a team of 5 or more.
2. Fluency in English and the local language; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
3. Background in fashion, retail, or luxury industries is preferred.
4. Educational qualifications including at least a Secondary School certificate; a university degree is a plus.

1. Proficiency in shop operations, including stock organization and cash/credit handling.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
