Delivery Planning Assistant

1. Participate in the global planning of the collection, including analysis of schedules and forecasting.
2. Coordinate deliveries from manufacturers and monitor production alerts.
3. Prepare and lead production follow-up meetings in collaboration with supply, quality, and industrialization teams.
4. Collect information from manufacturers to finalize deliveries for each collection.
5. Analyze delivery tracking indicators and regularly distribute updates within the department and to partners.
6. Analyze and formalize qualitative and quantitative reports of past and current collections to implement improvements.
7. Contribute to the formalization and updating of business processes.

1. Strong organizational and anticipatory skills.
2. Good interpersonal skills.
3. Affinity for numbers and attention to detail.

1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
