1. Oversee the planning and execution of deliveries for Prêt-à-Porter collections, ensuring alignment with merchandising and product operations teams.
2. Coordinate with market coordination teams, global distribution centers, and quality assurance to optimize delivery strategies.
3. Identify and address risks and discrepancies between forecasts and actual deliveries, maintaining communication with stakeholders.
4. Prepare and lead production objective meetings and delivery follow-up sessions with product operations and merchandising teams.
5. Manage and mentor an apprentice, ensuring their development and integration into the team.
6. Drive continuous improvement projects, including tool enhancements and cross-team initiatives.
7. Facilitate governance and onboarding meetings within the department and division.

1. Bachelor's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) with a minimum of one successful professional experience in forecasting, planning, production management, or analytical functions.

1. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and anticipate trends.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with practical knowledge of Anaplan preferred.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
4. Adaptability to new tools and processes, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Minimum of one successful professional experience in forecasting, planning, production management, or analytical functions.

Bachelor's degree (Bac+5 equivalent)
