1. Manage and process requests from markets and divisions, including imports, modifications, and merges.
2. Ensure a single golden record per client by merging duplicates in the EU Database.
3. Resolve issues reported by markets and divisions and provide best practices.
4. Optimize and automate processes related to data requests and anonymization.
5. Implement and monitor a Data Quality Dashboard and manage action plans to improve data quality.
6. Collaborate with IT and DC teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
7. Develop and execute testing strategies for the EU Database, providing business-side approvals.
8. Optimize and formalize Data Steward processes and redefine processes related to data collection and integration.

1. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience in data management, data stewardship, or data governance roles.
3. Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
4. Strong understanding of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR.

1. Excellent attention to detail and ability to resolve data quality issues.
2. Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams.
3. Ability to explain complex data issues to non-technical stakeholders.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proven experience in data management, data stewardship, or data governance roles.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
