1. Develop a comprehensive data model for monitoring performance indicators and managing building operations.
2. Define data collection principles and collaborate with business teams to establish efficient data collection, transformation, and management processes.
3. Identify opportunities for automating data management processes and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
4. Document processes and definitions, facilitating skill development in data-related topics within the team.
5. Initiate reporting based on organizational needs and ensure data quality by working closely with business teams to maintain data integrity from source to reporting.
6. Oversee processes to ensure data reliability and optimal quality.
7. Collaborate with IT to ensure data availability for users.
8. Stay informed on technological advancements related to building management and employee experience.

1. Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience in data project management related to real estate management.

1. Expertise in data management methodologies and processes.
2. Knowledge of real estate portfolio management.
3. Proficiency in data management tools and platforms.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
5. Strong project management capabilities.
6. Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.

Minimum of 5 years in data project management, specifically related to real estate management.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
