Data Management and Digital Experience Manager

1. Lead and prioritize the team responsible for daily management operations to minimize data stock and quality regressions in reference databases.
2. Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and adapt them based on audit conclusions and regulatory controls.
3. Implement continuous improvement on third-party data management tools such as Coupa, SAP Finance, and My Sis ID.
4. Oversee the creation processes for suppliers and clients, ensuring adherence to business management rules within information systems.
5. Maintain data quality on IT applications, ensuring compliance with French regulatory requirements for electronic invoicing and inter-company payment deadlines.
6. Develop performance monitoring tools for the service, data quality, and internal control of reference management processes.

1. Experience in team management (3 to 5 years minimum).
2. Familiarity with regulatory updates related to client and supplier data management.
3. Knowledge of purchasing and sales processes within a company.

1. Proficiency in COUPA/SAP and general ERP systems.
2. Interest in data processing (Excel/Power Query/Power BI).
3. Strong communication and teaching skills.
4. Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and proactive.
5. Team-oriented mindset.
6. Fluent in English is a plus.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years in team management and handling large volumes of data.
