Chanel Data Management and Digital Experience Manager

- Lead and prioritize the team responsible for managing current operations to minimize stock and quality regressions in reference databases.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and adapt them based on audit conclusions and regulatory controls.
- Implement continuous improvement on third-party data management tools such as Coupa, SAP Finance, and My Sis ID.
- Collaborate with consulting firms on finance transformation projects, understanding supplier and client creation processes and business management rules in information systems.
- Ensure data quality on IT applications, adhering to French regulatory frameworks for electronic invoicing and intercompany payment deadlines.
- Develop tools for monitoring service performance, data quality, and internal control of reference management processes.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of team management experience.
- Proficiency in handling large volumes of data.
- Strong understanding of regulatory updates related to client and supplier data management.
- Familiarity with purchasing and sales processes within a company.
- Proficiency in COUPA/SAP and general ERP systems.
- Interest in data processing (Excel/Power Query/Power BI).
- Excellent communication and teaching skills to guide the team and internal Chanel teams in adhering to internal control procedures.
- Autonomous, rigorous, organized, and proactive with a strong team spirit.
- Fluency in English is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in team management and data handling is required.
