1. Design and implement a data management architecture tailored to the company's needs.
2. Collaborate with the Corporate entity to select optimal functionalities for data management and analysis.
3. Develop robust, secure, and scalable data infrastructures aligned with the company's digital transformation goals.
4. Provide technical expertise on architectural choices to stakeholders involved in data collection and usage.
5. Administer and evolve data collection and management architecture, focusing on performance enhancement and cost control.
6. Continuously improve data collection processes and tools.
7. Define data observability modalities and tools, including monitoring and alerting systems.
8. Establish deployment modalities for infrastructures and code (DevOps).
9. Conduct technological watch to stay abreast of data management and exploitation technologies.
10. Ensure compliance with data collection and exploitation regulations, implementing policies to guarantee data security and regulatory adherence.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in data management software and databases.
2. In-depth knowledge of data security and governance standards.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Azure environments.
2. Familiarity with Databricks and Microsoft Fabric solutions.
3. Strategic vision and systemic thinking.
4. Ability to collaborate with data engineers and analysts.
5. Skill in simplifying and explaining technological concepts.
6. Curiosity for technological advancements and their impacts.
