Chanel Data & Reporting Lead

Chanel is currently undergoing a transformative phase, marked by the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) ERP across nine markets under the HERO Programme. - Lead the data migration activities and drive data cleansing efforts.
- Define and gather business reporting requirements.
- Oversee the design and delivery of reporting solutions for D365.
- Develop and manage the workstream project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor progress and manage risks and dependencies proactively.
- Coordinate with other workstream leads to ensure alignment and execution under the ERP programme.
- Collaborate with the Global HERO Data Team to execute the data strategy for ASIA.
- Drive workshops to understand and elicit business requirements from Process Leads, SMEs, and Data Owners.
- Lead the data migration stream, including ETL activities in coordination with TECH.
- Ensure data quality and consistency throughout the migration process.
- Implement validation and reconciliation procedures to ensure data accuracy.
- Drive the requirements collection for operational and analytical reporting needs.
- Oversee the design, build, and testing of reports to meet business needs.
- Support SIT and UAT phases to ensure robust and user-validated reporting solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all data and reporting matters.
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and cross-functional teams on progress and key milestones.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Microsoft D365 Certifications are advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship building skills.
- Ability to analyze and consolidate diverse ideas and opinions.
- Experience working with global and remote teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
A minimum of 7 years in managing system data migration and/or as a Business Analyst, including project management experience with a proven track record in delivering complex transformation projects and projects across multiple Asia markets.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
