- Collaborate with local business teams across Fragrance and Beauty, Fashion, and Watches and Fine Jewelry divisions to analyze CRM and digital data.
- Lead local market-specific data analytics projects, including client analysis, purchase path, omni-channel journeys, and digital campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and implement data strategies in partnership with client intelligence managers.
- Translate complex data analysis into actionable business insights and opportunities.
- Ensure consistency between local data deliveries and regional guidelines in collaboration with the APA Data Signature Program team.
- Optimize eCommerce and eMarketing operations through digital shelf analysis and actionable insights.
- Perform attribution analysis for omni-channel journeys, including awareness, recruitment, retention, and reactivation.
- Coach business stakeholders on the use of web analytical tools.
- Design, construct, and maintain data pipelines for local touchpoint integration.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate fragmented customer information.
- Develop automated reporting and dashboards for key metrics and performance indicators.
- Participate in Datalab discussions to develop analytical and reporting capabilities.
- Implement client algorithms in collaboration with data science managers and IT.
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making among local business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security requirements.
- Proven experience in data analytics, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of CRM and digital data analytics.
- Experience in leading data analytics projects and developing data strategies.
- Familiarity with web analytical tools and eCommerce operations.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security requirements.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard development.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on CRM and digital data within the luxury fashion industry.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
