Chanel Data Analytics Manager

- Lead local market-specific data analytics projects, including deep CRM analysis and omni-channel journeys.
- Act as the local data lead, building data strategies in partnership with Divisions and Corporate Functions.
- Translate complex data into concise, compelling storylines for business stakeholders.
- Deliver deep insights using appropriate analytics methodologies and lead the integration of insights into Chanel systems.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency between local data deliveries and regional guidelines.
- Generate actionable insights to optimize eCommerce and eMarketing operations.
- Perform attribution analysis on the role of eCommerce in omni-channel journeys.
- Coach business stakeholders on the use of web analytical tools and help define goals and KPIs.
- Participate in Federated Data Platform discussions and develop analytical capabilities.
- Implement client algorithms and recommend omni-channel client journeys.
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making and ensure data privacy by design.
- Collaborate to build data solutions and answer open business questions with creativity.
- University graduate, preferably in data engineering, statistics, mathematics, or related fields.
- Advanced experience in Data Bricks.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce.
- Proficiency in SQL and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of R and/or Python.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results to deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, data visualization, and communication skills.
- Innovation mindset.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Power BI.
- Self-motivated and dynamic, with good teamwork skills.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese.
5-8 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably within the luxury industry or a Digital/CRM agency.
University graduate, preferably major in data engineering, statistics, mathematics or related areas.
