Chanel Cybersecurity Project Manager

- Lead the Advisory pillar within the cybersecurity division, managing the security portfolio of projects and guiding a small team.
- Provide technical expertise and coordinate efforts to ensure successful project execution and risk mitigation.
- Conduct and oversee functional and technical security risk analyses, proposing pragmatic action plans to reduce risks.
- Manage security audits, technical tests, and remediation actions, ensuring compliance and vulnerability management.
- Evaluate partners and suppliers for security levels and participate in vendor selection based on acceptable risk criteria.
- Support incident management and resilience efforts, including backup for security incidents and crisis management.
- Implement business impact analyses and disaster recovery plans to ensure operational continuity.
- Collaborate with industrial security teams and follow security transformation projects impacting the Advisory pillar.
- Contribute technical expertise to other cybersecurity pillars and respond to corporate security initiatives.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a complex environment, with a strong background in general and technical cybersecurity.
- Experience in luxury or industrial/logistics sectors is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with significant security responsibilities.
- Technical skills in application security, API management, cloud security, audits, and security testing.
- Ability to challenge technical architectures and decisions.
- Strong coordination, leadership, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and synthesis abilities, with the ability to explain cybersecurity concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; Italian is a plus.
A minimum of 8 years in cybersecurity roles within complex environments, preferably with experience in luxury or industrial sectors.
