Chanel Customs and Trade Compliance Assistant

- Manage customs operations, including monitoring imports with customs representatives and handling raw materials, finished products, and return flows for after-sales service.
- Support internal teams and international markets in customs-related matters.
- Liaise with brokers and internal services to track flows.
- Prepare import dossiers for recyclability flows.
- Collect and verify data from internal and external partners for analysis.
- Conduct statistical analyses to identify opportunities and audit customs service providers' performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality monitoring in project management.
- Research and optimize internal tools both domestically and internationally.
- Engineering or Master's degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Transport, or Customs.
- Proficiency in international trade, including customs declarations, VAT, customs regimes, and incoterms.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong data processing skills, including Excel, Power Query, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
- Proactive and innovative mindset with a strong sense of client service, discretion, and confidentiality.
Experience in supply chain management or international trade is preferred.
Engineering or Master's degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Transport, or Customs.
