- Manage the Fashion Europe Customer Service Hotline, facilitating communication between boutiques and other stakeholders.
- Relay and clarify quality alerts from global teams to boutiques and markets, ensuring comprehension and proper implementation of actions.
- Contribute to the formalization and harmonization of customer service processes across European boutiques.
- Maintain and update the Customer Service cockpit, ensuring accurate communication and training for boutiques.
- Organize and animate the Care & Repair meetings and the 'Vis ma Vie' training sessions for European boutiques.
- Assist in organizing the European Customer Service seminar in Paris.
- Update community tools and ensure effective communication of all customer service-related information to boutique teams.
- Support the project manager in creating training and presentation documents.
- Monitor and analyze service performance, distributing KPIs to European boutiques and assisting in action plan implementation.
- Upcoming graduate from a top-tier engineering or business school.
- Ideally, previous experience in customer service within the luxury sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and mediate effectively.
- Proficiency in digital tools and the Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Ideally, candidates should have previous experience in customer service, particularly within the luxury fashion industry.
