- Assist the Customer Service Manager in daily operations
- Welcome local and international clients in-store, ensuring an exceptional service experience during item drop-offs and pick-ups
- Utilize interpersonal skills to convert dissatisfied customers into loyal patrons
- Advise clients on appropriate care for various types of items
- Participate in the operational management of the Customer Service Department, including tracking ongoing repairs, managing computerized repair records, overseeing dispatch to workshops, inspecting returned items, drafting correspondence, and handling phone communications
- Support minor in-store repairs
- Facilitate the implementation of the CHANEL&moi program in-store, assisting teams in mastering the communication strategy
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in business or management
- Previous experience in retail or management is preferred
- Proficiency in English and computer applications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Dynamic and detail-oriented
- Exceptional customer service orientation
Prior experience in retail, sales, or stock management is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a higher education degree in business or management.
