Customer Service Assistant

1. Assist the Customer Service Manager daily.
2. Welcome local and international clients in-store, providing excellent service during item drop-offs and pick-ups.
3. Convert dissatisfied clients into loyal customers through strong interpersonal skills.
4. Advise clients on appropriate maintenance for each type of item.
5. Participate in the operational management of the Customer Service department, including tracking ongoing repairs, managing computerized repair records, overseeing dispatch to workshops, inspecting returned items, drafting correspondence, and handling phone contacts.
6. Assist with minor in-store repairs.
7. Support the evolution of the CHANEL&moi program in-store, particularly in mastering communication with the team.

1. Student in higher education in commerce and management.
2. First experience in Retail (sales, stock management, etc.) or management.

1. Interest in fashion and desire to work in the Retail sector.
2. Proficiency in English and computer tools.
3. Dynamic and rigorous with a strong sense of service.

First experience in Retail or management is required.

Student in higher education in commerce and management.

Integration program including training on the history and products of the Maison. Opportunity to deepen Retail knowledge and develop communication skills by interacting with various services in the Europe region. Participation in events and integration into a Young Talents Community to build a professional network.
