1. Coordinate between the outsourced Client Care center and Chanel teams including quality, retail, CRM, and product marketing to provide precise information to clients and ensure impeccable service.
2. Monitor and update ongoing client cases in Salesforce used by Client Care advisors.
3. Manage the reception of products for client after-sales service in the Perfumes and Beauty division.
4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of case handling quality by upholding Chanel's established processes.
5. Prepare and lead weekly meetings with the service provider.
6. Update procedures to consistently optimize and personalize client relationships.
7. Engage in strategic discussions to enhance service and processes.

1. Currently pursuing a degree from a Business School or University with a focus on Customer Service and Luxury.

1. Meticulous attention to detail, responsiveness, and efficiency.
2. Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
3. Strong inclination towards optimization and pragmatic problem-solving.
4. Proficiency in office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel, with a keen interest in digital tools.
5. Flawless written French and strong command of English.

No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service and luxury is essential.
