- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and prospects reaching out to Chanel's Parisian fashion boutiques via phone or email, ensuring an exceptional level of service and advice.
- Act as a liaison between clients and boutique teams to fulfill customer requests and inquiries.
- Maintain qualitative and quantitative tracking of client interactions to ensure optimal response times.
- Master boutique procedures and uphold Chanel's standards for customer experience, including remote sales and after-sales service.
- Identify sensitive cases and escalate them to the Customer Service Manager of the Boutique Line.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in business or management.
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the retail sector (sales, stock management, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal skills with proficiency in both written and spoken French and English.
- Recognized for organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in digital tools (office software, telephony, applications).
A first experience in a similar role or within the retail industry is required.
Pursuing higher education in business or management.
