- Assist the Customer Service Manager in daily operations.
- Welcome local and international clients, ensuring an exceptional service experience during item drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Utilize interpersonal skills to convert dissatisfied clients into loyal patrons.
- Advise clients on appropriate care for various items.
- Participate in the operational management of the Customer Service department, including tracking ongoing repairs, managing computerized repair records, coordinating dispatches to workshops, inspecting returned items, drafting correspondence, and handling phone communications.
- Support the execution of minor repairs within the boutique.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in business or management.
- Previous experience in retail or management is preferred.
- Proficiency in English and computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic and meticulous with a strong service orientation.
A foundational experience in retail or stock management is advantageous.
Pursuing higher education in business or management.
