- Assist the Customer Service Manager in daily operations.
- Welcome local and international clients, ensuring an exceptional service experience during item drop-offs and pick-ups.
- Transform dissatisfied clients into loyal patrons through exemplary interpersonal skills.
- Advise clients on appropriate care for various types of items.
- Participate in the operational management of the Customer Service department, including tracking ongoing repairs, managing computerized repair records, overseeing dispatch to workshops, inspecting returned items, drafting correspondence, and handling telephone communications.
- Support the execution of minor in-store repairs.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program in business or management.
- Previous experience in retail or inventory management is preferred.
- Commitment to ensuring the smooth operation of the store's Customer Service department, including weekend work.
- Proficiency in English and computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic and meticulous with a strong sense of service.
A foundational experience in retail or stock management is advantageous.
Pursuing higher education in business or management.
