Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of projects aimed at improving customer service processes.
- Analyze existing needs and issues.
- Develop solutions and action plans.
- Implement necessary changes.
- Evaluate results and propose adjustments if necessary.
- Share activity indicators of the central jewelry customer service and establish KPIs for continuous service improvement.
- Manage the physical and digital reception and dispatch of packages to and from boutiques, markets, internal clients, and partner workshops.
- Interface with boutiques, markets, and internal clients for repair case follow-up, including managing emergencies and ensuring customer commitments are met.
- Manage orders for jewelry components according to internal needs of the workshop and regional branches.
- Supervise partner workshops' activities, including cost estimation, deadline adherence, and emergency management.
- Issue and track customer quotes in the management tool.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 in Engineering School or equivalent.
- Ideally, a first successful experience in Lean management and continuous improvement.
Skills
- Recognized for rigor, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously, excellent interpersonal skills, and service orientation.
- Excellent command of English.
- Proficiency in IT tools such as PowerPoint, Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions), and proven skills in Power BI.
- Basic knowledge of VBA for task automation is an additional asset.
Experience Requirements
Ideally, a first successful experience in Lean management and continuous improvement.
Education Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 in Engineering School or equivalent.
