Chanel Customer Service and Continuous Improvement Intern

- Actively contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of projects aimed at enhancing customer service processes.
- Analyze existing needs and challenges to develop actionable solutions and plans.
- Implement necessary changes and evaluate outcomes, proposing adjustments when required.
- Ensure the dissemination of activity indicators for the central jewelry after-sales service and establish KPIs for continuous service improvement.
- Manage the physical and digital reception and dispatch of packages to and from boutiques, markets, internal clients, and partner workshops.
- Serve as the liaison with boutiques, markets, and internal clients for repair case follow-ups, including handling emergencies, meeting client commitments, and responding to inquiries via email and phone.
- Oversee orders for jewelry components based on internal needs of the workshop and regional branches.
- Supervise partner workshop activities, including intervention costing, deadline adherence, and emergency management.
- Issue and track client quotes using the management tool.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with ideally a first successful experience in Lean management and continuous improvement.
- Recognized for rigor, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, excellent interpersonal skills, and service orientation.
- Proficiency in English and essential IT tools such as PowerPoint, Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions), and proven competence in Power BI.
- Basic knowledge of VBA for task automation is an additional asset.
Ideal candidates will have a foundational experience in Lean management and continuous improvement processes.
Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
