- Actively contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of projects aimed at enhancing customer service processes.
- Analyze existing needs and challenges to develop solutions and action plans.
- Implement necessary changes and evaluate results, proposing adjustments as needed.
- Ensure the dissemination of key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous service improvement.
- Manage the physical and digital reception and dispatch of packages to and from boutiques, markets, internal clients, and partner workshops.
- Serve as the liaison with boutiques, markets, and internal clients for repair case follow-ups, including managing emergencies and ensuring customer commitments are met.
- Oversee the ordering of jewelry components according to internal and regional needs.
- Supervise partner workshop activities, including intervention cost estimation, deadline adherence, and emergency management.
- Issue and track customer quotes using the management tool.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent, ideally with initial experience in Lean management and continuous improvement.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in English and essential IT tools such as PowerPoint and Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
- Proven competence in Power BI and basic knowledge of VBA for task automation.
Ideally, candidates should have initial experience in Lean management and continuous improvement processes.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
