- Coordinate between the Client Care center managed by an external provider and Chanel teams, including after-sales service, boutiques, retail teams, and product operations, to deliver precise information and impeccable service to clients.
- Monitor and update ongoing client cases using Salesforce, the tool employed by Client Care advisors.
- Update procedures to ensure constant optimization and personalization of client relations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of case handling quality by upholding Chanel's established processes.
- Develop and construct a digital community dedicated to various activities, focusing on process digitalization and communication facilitation.
- Coordinate client requests with other regions, primarily Asia and the US, to provide a worldwide service of excellence.
- Participate in a global reflection on service and process improvement.
- Soon-to-be graduate from a Business School or University with a focus on Customer Service and Luxury.
- Demonstrated rigor, reactivity, and efficiency.
- Recognized ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Constant focus on optimization and a pragmatic outlook.
- Proficiency in office tools such as PowerPoint and Excel.
- Aptitude for digital tools.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in customer service and luxury is essential.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree from a Business School or University.
