Chanel Customer Marketing Assistant

- Assist in organizing and executing customer events, including vendor follow-ups, guest list management, and invitation dispatch.
- Gather qualitative feedback from clients through vendor interactions.
- Monitor cultural events for potential engagement opportunities.
- Support the customer loyalty program by managing vendor follow-ups, integrating new clients, and tracking monthly performance indicators.
- Conduct client analysis, including top client segmentation and product line insights.
- Maintain and update client databases, such as tracking birthdays.
- Manage and oversee client gift orders and stock.
- Develop and implement new initiatives to enhance the customer experience both in-store and through digital tools.
- Support sales and hospitality teams with brief preparation and marketing activity updates.
- Conduct competitive analysis on customer experience strategies.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university program.
- Previous experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Dynamic and meticulous work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to various tasks.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in IT tools.
A first experience in Retail or Marketing/CRM is required.
Currently enrolled in a business school or university program.
The position offers a comprehensive integration program, including training on the history and products of Chanel. Employees will deepen their Retail knowledge and enhance communication skills by engaging with various European services.
