- Support boutiques in deploying customer strategy and consolidating customer knowledge for the French market.
- Monitor customer performance in boutiques, including recruitment, retention, local and tourist customer weight, customer segmentation, and product line dynamics.
- Manage monthly reporting and dissemination of results through dashboards and PowerPoint presentations.
- Conduct customer analyses related to collections, product categories, and specific events.
- Assist boutique marketing teams in enhancing their analytical skills.
- Ensure the reliability of the customer database.
- Student from a business school, engineering school, or university (Master's level).
- First experience of 6 months in an analytical and versatile role.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Sensitivity to numbers.
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
