Chanel Customer Experience Specialist

- Establish and enhance sell-out and customer experience strategies.
- Support sales in wholesale points of sale (POS) and e-commerce.
- Develop and implement training activities for Wholesale Beauty Advisors, ensuring the effective use of Chanel Academy.
- Assist the training team in organizing local and online training sessions.
- Communicate product knowledge and sales techniques effectively.
- Support trade marketing activation initiatives.
- Coordinate distribution network changes, including the opening and closing of sales locations.
- Ensure business results are achieved through key performance indicators (KPI).
- Conduct store checks for merchandising, inventory, point-of-sale materials, and brand image compliance.
- Ensure adherence to planograms and top 85 standards.
- Manage inventory control in collaboration with the sales team.
- Support POS in return processes and manage evaluation grids.
- Act as a Chanel ambassador, ensuring wholesale POS environments meet Chanel standards and taking initiative to address deviations.
- Share extensive knowledge of Chanel's heritage, modernity, and expertise with customers and colleagues.
- Implement training and remain curious about the beauty universe, proactively engaging in personal learning.
- Respect uniform guidelines and Chanel's policies.
- Understand business challenges and maintain discretion in all aspects of Chanel's operations.

- Fluency in Danish and English.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Proven track record in sales with a focus on performance and results.
