Responsibilities
- Support various markets in orchestrating and deploying services to optimize the customer experience.
- Conduct competitive analysis of innovative customer initiatives to inform new briefs and markets.
- Participate in the development of briefs for the Artistic Direction to enhance customer experience across channels.
- Coordinate market activities, including collecting local needs, onboarding on new topics, sharing best practices, and highlighting successes.
Qualifications
- Master's student in commerce, marketing, or communication.
- Minimum of 6 months of internship or apprenticeship experience.
Skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
Experience Requirements
